I have been reading that it is recommended that I consume somewhere around 3,000 calories, 80-130 grams of protein, and one gallon of water a day!!! If this sounds like a diet vacation, think again&#8230; this is exhausting and frankly, sometimes a serious chore.</p>
<p>Ohh yeah the 2&#8230; I have to eat every two hours whether I am hungry or not. Again, my labor of love.</p>
